Caregiver Assurance – Comfort Independent Living’s Owners evaluate and determine the right to a caregiver for all clients and assure that both client and caregiver form a trusting bond.

On an average day, our clients can enjoy a day in the comfort of their own home while our certified caregivers provide activities of daily living for them; this may include things like Activities of Daily Living:

• A full range of health and hygiene support services including.. Bathing, Haircare, Grooming, etc.
• Homemaking and Home Management/Organization – Includes the tasks necessary for the upkeep, safety, and cleanliness of the home.
• Meal Preparation/Planning/Cooking– Grocery shopping, meal plans, monitoring diet, and food intake, preparing meals, and cleaning up.
• Shopping and Errands: Picking up Groceries, Pharmacy, Post office, library, shopping, etc
• Appointments: Doctors, Physical Therapy, Rehab, etc
• Self Administration
• Hospital and Post Hospital care and Health Recovery
• Light Housekeeping – Housekeeping Chores assists with laundry, changing linens, taking out trash, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning as part of a home care visit. If more extensive home cleaning services are required, Comfort Independent living can provide a free estimate.
• Transportation – Accompaniment and assistance to events or to non-emergency medical, physical therapy, dental, hair and nail appointments, etc.
• Medication Reminders – Medication management program, including medication reminder services, to ensure the correct dose is taken at the correct time. Also includes refill reminders.
• Hospital Support – Caring professionals will support, sit with you and keep family members up to date with information as needed.
• Post-Hospitalization Care and Support – Care and support to individuals recovering from a hospital stay. Our dedicated caregivers work with you and your family to offer highly personalized care and support, transportation, homemaking, and personal services.
• Free-Fall Assessment – All clients will receive a FREE in-home fall assessment upon request

The personal service agency incorporates some of the latest technology into the daily lives of clients with ClearClare. With this system, we can look at all activities being completed by our caregiver, in real-time, and if a caregiver is completing their job to our highest standards.
